In those cases where the bone is very dense when placing larger diameter implants, higher torquing loads may be required to seat the implant.  In those cases the 4.0 mm Internal Driver for Ratchet with Internal Screw may be needed. This driver has an additional feature of a screw that holds the driver tight to the implant and prevents any slippage of the driver in the implant.
