SIMPLI™ & MAXiMini™ Laboratory Components

 

O Ring Keepers: All SIMPLI™ keepers are made from 6/4 Titanium alloy. They are used to retain the rubber O rings. The keeper is imbedded into the denture base which holds the denture to the ball on the top of the implant.

Rubber O Ring: The rubber O rings fit into the keepers and attach directly around the top of the O ring abutment.

locator-clipsLocator Attachments: All Simpler Locator Abutments are used with Implant Supported Over dentures. The flattened notched top is designed to fit into a Zest plastic clip embedded into the denture base.

Analogues: All implant analogues are made from aluminum and are used during the laboratory prosthetic restoration stage as a die in the working model to replicate the internal mating surface of the implant body or the external top of the abutment.

ucla-copingDelrin UCLA Coping; S2S 20034 Used during the laboratory prosthetic restoration stage as a plastic base that mates exactly to the top of the SIMPLI implant as a base for Bars for Bar Supported Over dentures and Mesiobars for Fixed detachable prostheses. Wax can be added as required and the coping invested and cast. Comes with a retaining screw.
